It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

This has been the best place i ve stayed im my whole trip. The location is great, at the end of the town with a small sand beach in the door. The house is brand new, and the views from the rooms are amazing. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff and the owner deserve 20points on their service, they have done all to make me feel at home.

EVERYONE at Iris De Villa was so friendly. My room was very clean and the wifi worked just fine in my room. The breakfasts were outstanding! Fresh fruit and juices everyday plus tasty local food for breakfast. Iris De Villa is a 10 minute walk to Old Town but I enjoyed the street where the hotel was located. It is very quiet and peaceful. I would stay at Iris De Villa again.

The location is great to get into Hoi An along the riverside - a 20 min walk. The host Simon speaks good English, is very helpful, and provides one of the best breakfasts we have had.

The rooms were spotless, felt brand new, well-maintained, and came with air conditioning, which made our stay really comfortable. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to the city center. On top of that, the host offered all kinds of tour options, and there were bikes and motorbikes available for rent. Breakfast was included and really tasty too! It has been my favorite accommodation in all my Southeast Asia trip — everything was just perfect. Definitely a 10/10!

The location is great, in a lovely neighborhood, with the city center in walking distance. Our room was really comfortable and clean. The staff has always been so friendly and kind. They managed a rental scooter for us, and kept it ready for us to use it again. And they helped us with booking a long distance bus. We very much appreciated this kind of service. When we arrived we didn't know how long we wanted to stay in Hôi An. But this lovely homestay, the beauty of this city and the countryside nearby made us extend our stay.
