1 Mountain Rd Boutique B & B has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Fish hoek, 1.5 km from Fish Hoek Beach. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. All rooms have a patio with views of the garden. The views were stunning, even if it was a bit of a drive up the mountainside. One of our guests had been very sick and the owners went out of their way to assist us in finding treatment and accommodating a late check out. The accommodations were pristine and beautifully appointed and breakfast at the beach was wonderful! I couldn’t recommend this guest house more!

The property features garden and quiet street views, and is 17 km from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden. Featuring a private entrance, the guest house allows guests to maintain their privacy. Comfy bed! Great for a quick stay but could have stayed longer! Nice and safe location but need a car as to far to walk to beach, or could Uber! Was able to order Uber eats right to the door :)

We made friends during our stay, we felt like family there - definitely coming back. Have more than one dinner here - the food is that good please do trust me. Firstly our room was beautiful, very big with all the amenities you could ask for. The views of the ocean my goodness they are within plain site every day. Also good sunrise views if you can wake up for it - stunning sunrise. Now let’s talk about the food, we stayed 3 nights and everyday our room got little baked treats. Their breakfast is like no other - from the fruit salad, to the home made granola and everything else. Then the dinners - Michelin star dinners every single night oh my what an experience.

Located on the water's edge of Zandvlei Lake, Admiralty Bed & Breakfast offers accommodation in Muizenberg and 5 minutes' drive from the beach. The B&B offers an outdoor pool and is a mere 15-minutes' drive from the American Embassy. The pool, the place, the decoration, the free kayak and the access to the canal.

A Tuscan Villa Guest House, an exquisite Italian-style villa featuring a stunning spiral staircase and beautiful arches, is just 600 meters from Fish Hoek Beach. The villa boasts six spacious rooms, each with a private bathroom, small fridge, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The property was very nice, located in a quiet area of town, yet minutes away from the supermarket and the main street. Anita and her team did a fantastic job of making people fell welcomed. Everything was clean. Breakfast was solid and included a delicious bowl of diced fruit every morning as well as cooked items- eggs, sausage etc. Everything was thought of to ensure guests had a comfortable stay

A Boat House has spacious, luxuriously decorated rooms in a nautical theme with soft blue-and-white tones. Each room has a private entrance, a microwave and a tea/coffee maker. All rooms have a balcony where you can enjoy amazing sea views A beautiful, scenic, quiet location with lovely views.

At the guest house, the units have a private bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries. Perfect Guest House. House is so clean and so beautiful. View is amazing. Owner is so friendly and she offered us for Halal breakfast, She is amazing.
