Incredibly nice, accomodating and forthcoming staff. They gave great tips for food and what to do. We were greeted warmly with fresh water and Cava, had a great and varied breakfast buffet. The room was amazing. We enjoyed a slot in the beautiful Spa. The location is perfect- in the historic center, everything was in walking distance, yet extremely quiet. 11/10 for feeling truly welcome

The location of the hotel is near the metro station that takes you everywhere. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The staff was so friendly and helpful!
