Everything was perfect! We are a family of four and they gave us two rooms 240 & 241 with a common lobby entrance yet separate bedrooms and baths. The service was amazing especially at breakfast! The staff was proactive hospitable and extremely helpful, we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome!

Everything: room, location and breakfast. The only small quirk was a single elevator which could get very busy with groups of tourists or even mover's boxes being delivered! But I understand that it's difficult to install another elevator in a historic building
