Absolutely breakfast, specious and clean room, very helpfull staff, and they give us all information that we needed, only 10 minutes walk to ubud center, they have free shuttle bus also every 2 hours and drop us in front of ubud market, really enjoyed my stay at best western.

Amazing stay at best western, with a beautiful pool and comfortable place, the room is spacious, clean, quiet and the AC works well, the breakfast is delicious and a lot of choices, the staff is very wonderful, they are always smiling and very helpful, they also have a shuttle bus service that runs every 2 hours, this hotel is highly recommended for you, and will come back again on my next vacation.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the breakfast was good and tasty, staff at the front desk and restaurant was really friendly and helpful, the room that we stayed at the ground floor so our stay was very quiet with out noisy We'll be come back to Best Western on the next trip❤️

Everything made us happy staying at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud. Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Very good breakfast and very comfort bed. So happy that we got room upgrade and 1x free complimentary dinner.

This was our 5th time to Bali and except for the first time we have always stayed at Best Western Kuta Resort. The location, the price are great. The staff are phenomenal. Can't wait to come back again. Thankyou

We really enjoyed our four night stay at Best Western. The buffet breakfast was very satisfying, with slight changes in the selection on offer daily. The main swimming pool is a good size with an adequate number of sun lounges available. Nice sized comfortable rooms. We loved that they replaced drinking water daily with 2 x 1.5 litre bottles. The resort is not far from the heart of Ubud, being a 750-meter stroll to the main road.

This villa is in a quiet location opposite a rice paddy. It's right beside the Best Western in Ubud and there are two good cheap restaurants close by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our safe wasn't working and they sorted out a work around straight away. Breakfast was included in the price and it was delicious. Our pool was cool and clean.

Best Western is a good option to stay at! The lobby is spacious and comfy, staff are friendly, wifi is good and I had a nice backyard view from the terrace! The location was perfect for me since I had friends living at the nearby villas:)
