Situated in a completely refurbished classical building located in the historical and business centre of Palermo, this luxurious hotel is within walking distance from the main theatres, monumental churches and art galleries of the town. I arrived early, and needed to find a laundromat. The front desk was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I would say that they set the bar for a well-run, professional establishment. They took my bags, completed cleaning of the room, and moved my luggage to my room, where it was waiting for me upon my return. The location is on a small side street, which originally looked dubious. But, it was not. In fact, it was located only 200 meters from a very vibrant part of Palermo. The side street location simply made it more secluded, and quieter. A wonderful property and a wonderful staff. I would stay here again and again.
