De staff and the hotel manager were so service minded and helpfull and made me and my kids feel like home, i’am so grateful for all the help. The apartment are big and fresh and the balcony has a magical view off the mountins. It’s lot to do with the kids with the pool, games and near the lake with boats and where you can swim and play volleyboll. And the pizza was great and we like the store to shop breakfasr and snax at the hotell. We loved this place and the staff.

Amazing location, incredible breakfast and amazing amenities (I.e.: boathouse, tennis, paddle boat)! The staff is also very kind and helpful!

Very clean and nicely made apartment, it felt like being in a beautiful Austrian cottage. We had no lake view but the lake was a minute walk and the center of town was also very close. There is also easy parking. I wanted to show my wife Salzburg but the accomodation there was double the price. We decided to stay here and take bus to Salzburg. But St Gilgen and the neighbooring villages (linked by cruise boat) are less crowdy, more beautiful with fewer tourists. Halstatt is also 30 minutes from there

The location is very good in the down town. The train station is very near and walking destance different restaurants and grossary shops are near by The Zell am see lake is a walking distance where you can rent boats.

The hotel's location is perfect for a visit to the old town, it is right next to some restaurants and easy access to busses and boat trips on the river. The room was really nice, comfy beds, soft towels and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location, close to the lake, the center and the cable cars. The room with a view of the courtyard was large, quiet, without air conditioning (so quite hot), the mattress was very uncomfortable, the equipment was older, but functional and clean. Breakfast OK + outdoor seating available. Good restaurant with outdoor seating and grill. Great wellness on the roof of the hotel! Hot tub, sauna, mountain view. We got a guest card which gave us free cable cars and a steamboat ride on the lake. We did not have time to use the other discounts.

1. Location was amazing. In the center and by the lake. 2. The staff were nice and friendly. 3. They provide the guest card where it includes discount on activities and free rides to local transportation. 4. They offer pedal boats which was nice.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities in a great position in St Gilgen. We loved having our breakfast on the terrace and the swimming pool and wellness area was lovely. Our room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the little lounge area with the facilities to make a drink. Staff on reception were so helpful with suggestions of the best things to visitl. The icing on the cake was the amazing private jetty by the lake a little walk away with a beautiful relaxation area and rowing boat!
