Very clean and near beautiful view of the river and boats.

Very clean, lovely extras such as toiletries, chocolates and a welcome note which was nice. It is literally over the road from the new Co op Live arena which was ideal. It was lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the canal and even more special when a narrow houseboat used the lock which was directly below the apartment

What an amazing stay in the Vätten Hüs Manchester! The boat is just amazing, right in the heart of Manchester close to all the bars and restaurants around Deansgate area. The owners are very helpful and accommodating to make our stay extra special. They really went out of their way to meet our special requests and even exceed them massively 😍 Special shout out to Sami who stayed in contact with us throughout. Amazing!! Will definitely be back again soon ❤️

Didn't book breakfast night b4 so went out for breakfast. Didn't ask about it. Staff were really helpful enjoyed the free swim in the hotel. Nice and clean hotel and swimming facilities. Remembered castlefield Hotel as we had a narrowboat years ago and moored up lower down in castlefield. Knew it was close to everything. Science museum etc. Enjoyed a nice gin and tonic in the bar area when we got there. Staff nice there as well.

The boat and horses is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in recent years. The staff were most welcoming and the facilities and meals were of a very high standard. We have both family and friends who have recently moved to the north west and we will be definately booking accomodation at the hotel again on future visits to the area. Allen and Ann Evans.

very qwerky, fantastic detail of fixtures and fittings, loved the steamboat arrangement in the bath sink and towel rail.

The room was larger than expected. I stayed in Boat & Horses Inn for 4 nights after Christmas. The inn is in a nice location because I could travel to Peak District, Leeds, and Manchester city centre within 1 hour by car. There's free parking and the food in the restaurant is nice.

Such a unique place to stay. Gorgeous boat & perfect location. Wish we could have stayed for longer! Great communication with the host too.

The property was not clean at all…. There toilets was dirty … staff are not professional at all…. Do not book this boat at all costs and save your money.
