Excellent location for the Black country museum and the canal boat tours. The property facilities overall are very good..with everything you need. There was tea coffee and biscuits left for our arrival which was a lovely touch..thankyou There was plenty of fresh clean towels for everyone, with miniature toiletries also..like a hotel would provide.liquid soap in all bathrooms and kitchen. A washing up cloth, liquid and tea towel all provided in the kitchen..so absolutely everything was there for us. We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good. As it was a weekend continental. Comfort bed. Close to NEC. Great pub The boat house highly recommended.

Great stay . Average location from NEC. But there is a closer hotel. Great breakfast option . Quite clean hotel.. We went to the NEC Boat show and Caravan motor home show so need a close hotel. Good shower gel and lotion is always a bonus.

Close to nec and the boat inn which we where attending events

This is one of our favourite hotels in Birmingham as so central for great bars and restaurants and next to the canal which is lovely to walk along to reach other areas in Birmingham and you can go on boat trips. The hotel is modern and clean with big spacious comfortable rooms on this trip we were greeted with complimentary Prosecco and cakes at check in which was a nice start to the weekend would recommend

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, very relaxing stay, bar food was excellent. Absolutely loved the punt boat ride, very magical!

Great location . Within walking distance of lively pubs and dining venues on the canal side. Facilities were nearby including a concert/event venue. Easy access to buses, trams and boats. Superb friendly staff. Quick and efficient check in. Everything we could have needed was available. Car parking next to the hotel was easy to access and reasonably priced.

Great location and lots to do, a lot more than we anticipated. We enjoyed the walk around the lake and the kids loved the paddle boats. Really convenient for the NEC.
