Owner is hospitable and kindly answered to all our questions. Everything was there and even more that usually not included in apartments. Location is ideal as you can reach mall, all kinds of kids entertainments by foot (winter time) and very nice promenade zone with restaurants/cafe. Unusual phenomenon for all Middle east countries is river - which was very nice. Convenient road junctions so you can reach easily downtown.

Perfect location for visiting parks at YAs island. Nearby small supermarket and a huge one in YAS mall...3 min drive with taxis( around 4 eur). Is so hot you can't walk, but uber comes in 2-3 min in this location, even in the night came in 5 min and in 16 min took to the airport... Nice swimming pool. Very good air-condition and very comfortable bed, for the third kid they provided extra bed. Host responded very fast. Very nice towels.. Flat equipped furniture from Ikea. Very easy access to the airport, so if you have long transfer, is perfect place to stay.. YAs mall is very close . Super easy check in and check out. Very safe place, too much security around.. At the entrance of buildings complex- security, at the entrance to building- security... At swimming pool- security..
