A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

Tsouvik was an excellent host. Parking was a bit congested but she managed to get our car parked. She helped us to make our itinerary and told us the shorter routes. Though the location is a bit far from the city, it’s worth it. Highly responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend her place.

Sorry for the late review. The landlord is friendly and the hostess is considerate and caring. The room is very clean and has everything from internet access to cooking and laundry. It is big enough for a family. The best thing is that the room has a 360-degree view of the snow-capped mountains. There is a supermarket downstairs in the inexpensive viewing room. It has all the daily necessities. It is a highly recommended room for traveling or living in Armenia. Thanks to the landlord

Had the pleasure of staying at Mankus Eco Park, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location is breathtaking I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax. Absolutely fabulous place. The room was big and SO well laid out. The staff were all lovely. The location was fantastic. It had a kitchen that was well-stocked. We didn't consume any of the mini-bar and food in the fridge, but they had a lot to choose from. Really a great place.
