Very modern, well-equiped apartment. Apartment is huge, beds are comfortable and it’s super clean. Hosts are attentive and always there to help you. Lidl, Spar, bus and tram stops are a 5-minute easy walk and it takes 10 minutes to city center by bus/tram. Private parking is a big plus in Graz. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely come back to this apartment.

It is located in a central but still quiet location, the city center and the main transport hub are a few minutes' walk away. There are great breakfast places and restaurants nearby. The apartment is perfectly clean, quiet, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a large balcony (we had breakfast here every day), and a spacious elevator. The apartment is huge, well-equipped, and situated in a nice quiet area. It is not too far from the city centre. It is a perfect place for companies as well, as the rooms are well separated. The kitchen is also nicely equipped. I would definitely book this apartment again if I would return to Graz.
