With +25 years of exeprience with staying in hotels, this was probably the first one tbat had a hard, firm bed. What a joy! I slept like a baby. The location is fantastic, the room was nice, the staff friendly. I didn't try the breakfast because I had to reach Vienna at 7:45, and they oy serve breakfast from 7:00 on.

Beautiful and very well maintained apartment in a quiet district. Everything was clean and perfectly prepared for us. Some tourist brochures are available. Peaceful view from windows on a garden. Owner is very kind and helpful. 4 stops by a bus or 15 minutes on foot there are some supermarkets and restaurants. There is also a nice green hill a few streets from the house. Bus stop is very close what gives easy access to U-bahn and S-bahn as well as tram line.

Everything we needed was there available, clean and ready. Even when we missed the info of parking and drinkable water. We messaged them, and they replied quickly to where we could park and that tap water is drinkable. I recommend this location as it is quiet and close to the centre and the staff are very friendly.

An excellent place for classical music lovers. Schreiberbach and Beethovengang are right next to the house. The apartment is large, clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed and arranged, thus a very pleasant place for a-few-day stay in the suburb of Vienna. The host is kind and nice as well.
