The owners of the Pronkenburg Axel & Guy were lovely and they made us feel welcome and accommodated us with anything we needed. They really did go the extra mile. The Breakfast was superb too.

First of all, I think it was a chance to meet Frederik. The perfect location of the facility and the fact that every fine detail of the hotel has a separate memory was extraordinary. It is obvious that a great deal of effort has been put into it. From the comfort of the shower, to the perfect location, to seeing us off at 5 in the morning. I've never seen it before.

The property was very well equipped and beautifully decorated throughout. There was so much space and it had everything we could possibly need for a long weekend. The location was great - large supermarket nearby and a short bus ride into the centre. Dominique responsed to all messages in no time. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Everything. Literally. From the entrance, through the florist's, shop and garden to the very roof. Art in every corner, brass tub, amazing climate, absolutely unique design. Just great taste.. ..and the Artist who made it - Mr. Frederiek. All in all you will consider if it's worth to go out to see the Brugge or if it's better to stay inside and enjoy this place. It was located in the best spot in Brugge(just a few meters to the center but it is located in a quiet street). All amenities in the room were top notch and the bed is one of the best that we experienced. Breakfast was exceptional with fresh products, especially the croissants. And Andrei was attentive and gracious from the beginning to the end with a huge smile.

Great location, short walk to the beach and short drive to Bruges. Huge kitchen and lounge area. Bathroom also nice and big and separate toilet. Main bedroom had a hidden nook with a baby cot and change table. Big outside area.
