Reasonably close to West Lake, so a nice location. Staff speaks decent English (rare during my entire travel) and was helpful with taxis to and from the property. I even received a checkup if I had woken up by request, and staff walked with me through the cold to arrange a taxi to the airport. Room was pretty good as well for the price.

They gave us a much better room free of charge because it was free. It was a very nice detail. The room was beautiful. The location was far away from the city centre but super close to Lingyin Temple, which was convenient for us. It was really peaceful.

The B&B is the most impressive one we have experienced. It's not only clean and designed functionally, but very tasteful. The owners and staffs are very friendly. They went extra way to help you. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The food in restaurant was great. Our dogs were very welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The balcony was exactly what we needed to enjoy cards and a drink in the evenings.

Location was good. Not too far from the West Lake. There were also night markets that was just downstairs and convenient for a flavour of the night market scene in Hangzhou. You can see the brillant sunset of Hangzhou from the living room.
