It was tucked away a couple of miles off the main road with spectacular distant views over the black forest areas. Fabulous sunsets, peaceful and quiet with cows grazing next to the property. We were two couples traveling through Europe and Bauerleshutte was a perfect place to stay for 3 days. Would recommend as it had everything we were looking for. Wow! We loved our stay at Oskar's apartment. Location is great with a short walk into town. The apartment has everything you need in the kitchen, bed is comfortable, and wifi was excellent. The secure underground parking was a bonus. Oskar's communication was clear and we received a warm welcome! We will definitely be staying here in the future.

    The apartment was clean and easy to find with plenty of room and was really comfortable. It had everything I needed and I loved having outside space. There’s a small supermarket and a restaurant in the village and more shops, restaurants and cafes in the nearby town. It’s really well positioned for visiting local lakes and hiking trails, and there are trails right on the doorstep too. Drive back to Freiburg was only an hour.
