We were four friends hiking the Camino dos Faros. I had the attic room which was very comfortable. I decided to eat at home and the facilities were very good. Communication was excellent. We all appreciated the milk, water and delicious cakes. We were also given a named face cloth. 🥰

The flat was really well located in a lovely little village right by the beach. There were lovely walks right on our doorstep and a nice beach. It was a great base to explore the area. The flat was comfortable and really spacious. The welcome cake on arrival was a lovely touch. The hosts were very friendly and very responsive when we needed anything.

The apartment is newly furnished and very comfortable. The host, Marie, is very friendly. During the night I stayed, it was the 126th year commemoration of the Camelle locals saving a British ship. Marie’s great grandfather is one of the heroes who saved people in 1897. I joined the ceremony which was very touched. After that, Marie invited me to join her family’s gathering in a bar. I was warmly received. My stay in Camelle was so great because of Marie. Thank you so much!

Rosa and Matt were wonderfullly welcoming, even offering a ride from the bus station. The space has a gentle, relaxing feel that continued from the first steps inside to the final day. Matt also has a tour guide business on the side and gave a wonderful tour of some local historical sites.

    Stunning views from the property. 5 min walk to rugged beach and 25 min walk to sandy beach. Lovely welcome from Rosa with welcome pack. BBQ house is great and you cook on an open fire so collected wood and brought charcoal. 10 min walk to harbour village and had lovely meals in The Serpent and The Marina. Great seafood restaurants. Plenty of supermarkets.

    It was a beautiful place tucked away in a quiet corner of the fishing village. Easy access to restaurants etc Beautiful view , spotless and a nice shared patio to enjoy the fab view. Highly recommend a stay here
