A great place to stop on the Camino. Very convenient to have both a private room and a bar where we ate and had drinks. The casa is also a working farm so enjoyed watching the resident dog round up the cows in the evening. Would stay here again.

Teresa is the best host I ever met during my camino. She is open, friendly and helpfull. The house is just amaizing, all details are well renovated. The house is 4 km away of Camino, however it is not a problem becouse I was driven to the house from Triacastela and than in the morning Teresa took me back to Camino. The fact that is away of Camino I actually concider as a positive thing becouse after a long day of walking all I needed was a peace and quiet place where I can relax just on my own.

A really special place to stay. We wanted somewhere cosy to feel Christmasy in December and this was perfect. Christmas movies infront of a log fire with access to beautiful mountains. Hosts are wonderful and really helped for making it a special weekend away.

We loved our stay at Casa Páez. The location was perfect as it was so close to the Camino. It was clean, warm and comfortable. We sat outside on the sunny verandah which had a peaceful view. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. There was no wifi and to be honest, we were very happy be without it. Comfortable bed and good shower. A perfect peaceful night on the Camino. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely hosts that really care about their guests. They offer breakfast and a laundry service. I enjoyed staying in my spotless room with a comfy bed. I can warmly recommend this pension in the former school. It’s right on the Camino and has an excellent restaurant a few steps away that served the best meal I have eaten on the Camino!
