Lourdes is a great hostess, welcoming and offered helpful advice for places to visit. Apartment was spacious and beautifully renovated. Situated in a quiet village but easy to get to main roads and places of interest. We would stay again.

We were looking for accommodation in Castro De Ribeiras De Lea area and were delighted to find this apartment on the web site and book it . The Key had been picked up for us in advance by our family, before they came to collect us from the hotel in Lugo. The host has spent a lot of money on this apartment, The kitchen dinner room has a new kitchen with a good view . The double bed was very comfortable and the flat soon warmed up once we put the central heating on . The bathroom had a shower which we used without problems . We did not use the bath . The noise from other normal apartments in the buildings was not intrusive , would we stay again , yes it was perfect for what we wanted

Turning off a very wet and foggy November road, arriving at the Casa was like coming home to a warm and friendly greeting. The welcome from Monica and Manolo could not have been better. The room was comfortable- a fire in the Salon, a cup of tea and homemade cake, and slices of iberico jamon! After a warm shower, I was driven into town for lunch and then returned for a siesta, some reading and the rare opportunity for a quiet afternoon and evening. A simple supper, good conversation as they shared their fascinating life story. Breakfast was a treat of fruit, locally sourced products and baked goods, fresh eggs and bacon. Amazing attention to detail, generosity and creativity. I’m sorry not to have seen the garden and pool- wrong time of year. But on my Camino trail, this has been my favourite place, and the hosts my favourite couple. I left with a package of fruit and cake, warm memories which carried me through the fog and rain of this day.
