Gorgeous country house with a beautiful garden in a charming village (bakery, 2 bars). We received a very warm welcome from our host and had a delicious dinner at the restaurant located downstairs (roast goat is the house speciality and was divine!)(I had mentioned it was our wedding anniversary and on arrival our table was decorated with a red rose and we were treated to bubbles - so very thoughtful and much appreciated). Would highly recommend a stay in this very unique place!

The house is beautiful with all stone with all amenities such as washing machine which was very useful as we were walking the Camino Via de la Plata. David picked us up on the trail & drop us to the house and arranged a taxi the following days to drop off our bags to our next hotel.Claudia had left out a delicious homemade cake the evening we arrived.The bed and sofa were very comfortable, the bathroom is very spacious, with a good shower.They prepared breakfast for us the following morning.The hosts are a lovely family, welcoming and lovely & they made us feel at home. We would highly recommend it.

Unique experience. Very quiet village. Very nice host. Accommodation is newly constructed. It has a reliable and fast internet connection which was very importance for us because of some work online meetings.

Casa Rousía is special place. The hotel itself has a nice authentic style, is well equipped, good breakfast and everything but what it makes such an exceptional experience is Luis' attention. The carefully crafted trips to archeological sites, gastronomy and the villages and towns around as well as recommendations for hiking routes are a real gem. A wonderful hostel on the first line near the ocean. Very friendly and caring staff. A small, comfortable room is equipped with almost everything you need. The room does not have a window in the usual sense of the word, but there is a window in the ceiling. Comfortable beds and pillows. The hostel has a smoking room, a shared kitchen with everything you need, but cooking on the stove is prohibited. Antonio met us around 11 p.m., checked us in and told us where to have dinner at this late hour, and recommended a great cafe where you can have breakfast in the morning. The room has everything you need, including all the amenities in the bathroom.
