Yes it’s in the middle of nowhere, but we knew that when we booked (you can see location on the map) and it was exactly what we wanted. Room was comfortable and warm, shower/sauna/toilets were all good, staff were great. breakfast was a good sized portion and tasted good. You have to get the bus/drive a while if you want to be in city or do tours etc. but there is Forrest right outside and a lake within 1km of the property and we spent our time exploring without another person in sight. We went out at night and saw the northern lights 2 out of 2 nights we were there, it’s very easy to find great spots without other people or light pollution in just a couple of minutes walk. Mini fridge and microwave available to use as well. overall great place to stay.

We had such wonderful time staying in this gorgeous igloo. Milda, Thiago and Ragna are amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to help us with everything and making us feel at home. the apartments are super cozy, comfy and quiet, I loved the fireplace and the heavy blankets. The dog is a hugeeee plus, is great to have her running around and playing with us. Clean bathroom, sauna and grilling facilities were also a nice plus in our opinion We spend the evening by the lake, watching the Auroras dancing in the sky with a little fire.

Amazing place, comfortable, had everything that we needed. The place is very well-maintained with a clean and organized atmosphere that reflects attention to detail. We did XC Ski all days, bond fire, and many others activities that are available there. Huskies tour is a must go!!! Jaana and Seppo are super nice, we’re glad that we met them.
