The rear garden is enclosed and great for dogs as well as being a fantastic sun trap to enjoy a glass of wine in at the end of a hard day's walking! Zero light pollution means there was a fantastic view of the stars at night too. Then the hosts, I think they are quite possibly the nicest, most welcoming hosts I have met. They are warm and welcoming and have really considered every last detail. They seem to do everything with such joy and it it very nice to watch people enjoy their work so much. It was a short walk to Aysgarth Falls and about 15 mins to the village. The rooms are comfortable and stylish with some interesting pieces of art. The breakfast was lovely with a good range to choose from and made from high quality ingredients. There was a self service bar and the host made some very nice cocktails for us.
