Myself and my friend stayed the night and the house definitely exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This is the second time I've stayed here and I've been given the same room as last time,which I love as it has everything that's needed. Cooker,fridge,kettle bed,telly. Fabulous place to stay, shame it was only one night. It is so well organised: self service continental breakfast. There is also a fridge and freezer for guests to use, plus cooking facilities. We had a private terrace with tables, bench, chairs to sit with a glass of wine and watch the cows in the field behind. Private gated parking was reassuring, we have a Volvo estate car and had no problem parking, easily enough space for us.

On arrival, the housekeeper, Chris, came across the road to open up. She was friendly and helpful. Room quiet and bed comfortable. Breakfast is continental but you have the option to cook your own brekkie if required. Pub in the village is a 10 mins walk and is awesome with filling food available; great atmosphere.

The accommodation was excellent and the owners were absoluately brilliant. We were staying at the accommodation as we were going to a family birthday party that evening in a nearby village. The next day they very kind and gave us a lift so we could pick up our car. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. We will definitely be staying there again when visiting family, it was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in. The area that the accommodation is in was very rural and quiet, we felt very safe there. The owner was extremely friendly, and our accommodation was amazing. Our only regret was bringing our own food and not leaving room for food from the pub! It looked/sounded lovely. We'll definitely be back for the parmo!
