Perfect location just next to Real Mary King's Close,on the Royal Mile. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. However, if you are ordering breakfast at Luckenbooths (recommend that you have the residents breakfast which includes a hot dish, a coffee and a juice) avoid the granola. It was 90% granola and 10 % yoghurt, so dry that my mum had to ask for more yoghurt to make it edible, at which point she was offered the smallest portion of yoghurt I have ever seen. Apart from this, everything was perfect and the apartments have a lot of character and are tastefully decorated, very quiet at night too.

It was very cosy, modern technology for the lights and heating. Compact but enough space for a couple. The spa was the cherry ontop. Extra little gestures for the experience also like hot chocolate for coming in from the spa etc.

The place is really gorgeous, perfectly located practically next to bus and train station, with shops, restaurants and supermarket. Best attractions are no more than 10 minutes away. Joy from the night shift was absolutely helpful, kind, very professional.
