The flat is great, the interior looks new and they make good use of the space, it makes me feel comfortable. Two toilets and both with shower is excellent for group of people. The private parking area is really nice for driving.

It's a very special place, very cosy. It's like a hotel room with a garden as living room. The weather was warm and we had breakfast in the garden. In the evening we went to Tynemouth which is such a beautiful place with nice restaurants and a stupendous view over the sea.

Location was probably the best bit, so central to everything. If staying with a big group there is no need for taxis or public transport can just walk everywhere, keeps everyone together. Communication from the hosts was also excellent, all the info we needed was given well in advance of arrival. Had a problem with the outside door at one point at about 11PM, sent the host a message and within 5 mins he was there to fix it, cant ask for much more.
