    Situated in a picturesque country village, with a big living area for the kids to play and run about. Was well situated for us to explore the Lake District and visit the attractions that we had planned to go to, including the Wildlife Park, The Beatrix Potter Attraction and L&H Steam Railway. Couldn't recommend enough and hope to return again sometime to what our 2 and 4yr olds named "the holiday house".

    We had a lovely weekend away, it was very relaxing. The log fire was great as it was cold outside. The window above the bed is also amazing for stargazing at night while in bed. The holiday home had everything we needed.

    absolutely perfect, spotless. gorgeous, u real views, lovely host. good communication, everything you could need, comfy beds. just can’t say enough good things about this place. we have stayed in so many holiday homes and this was our favourite. cannot wait to go back
