The location is ideal for walkers and bird watchers., or those who want to visit places near by such as Walberswick, Dunwich and Thorpeness. There's also good places to eat a short drive away, our favourite was the Queen's Head at Bramfield. There's also two pubs and a Cafe in the village. Super gardens and village location with options for visiting beaches, seaside towns, places of interest and evening dining. Comfortable, clean and everything done in a lovely, helpful way. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of variety and made to suit everyone’s tastes. We really enjoyed our five night stay and would thoroughly recommend Mulley’s Cottage. It was perfect for a couple of days while in the area. The room sleeps two persons in a double bed, toaster, fridge, microwave and plates and cutlery all provided. Hosts nice and friendly. The village has a small pub which does meals, but was fully booked when we were there, however our hosts also own a pub/restaurant in a neighbouring village five minutes drive away, very good meals, and well priced. Kitchen facilities are limited for lack of space, so it would be challenging to do full self-catering, but there are plenty of places to eat in nearby towns and villages. There is actually a toaster as well as the kettle, microwave and fridge. The lighting, heating and wifi were all good, and the bed is comfortable.Guest review byDianaYoung couple
