Lovely clean and quiet. In a good location for event in Holkham Estate. Off street car parking and very helpful hosts. I was late arriving and they even had 2 lovely slices of homemade cake left in the room. Bathroom was spotless and the robes/slippers were a lovely touch.

Loved everything about Crab Cottage. It's comfortable, warm clean and warm. Location is quiet and parking at Crab Cottage is easy , out of the car into the cottage. Location is perfect for the quay and town. Perfect for the bus stop to Walsingham (a must in snowdrop season, it's beautiful). We will return at the end of the summer season to explore the area.

It was fantastic with comfy and lovely facilities including outdoor decking space, very clean, and everything we needed. Location was fantastic with lovely walks without using the car all week. Hosts were very lovely too checking we were making ourselves at home.

    Lovely B&B in a quiet village, easy driving distance to a lovely sandy beach at Wells. Lovely garden with hot-tub, with view onto fields. Very welcoming, friendly hosts and the breakfast was a good selection. There were nice touches such as robes, good quality bathroom products and mini bar in the lounge at reasonable prices. We hope to visit again.

    The breakfast was amazing. Good choice and beautifully cooked and presented. The village was pretty and pub a couple of doors down. Pub food very good and would also recommend for lunch / evening meal. Loved using the hot tub at the guest house. Lovely areas to use lounge / garden.

    Good communication, spotlessly clean, cake on arrival, comfy beds, high quality bedding and towels, plenty of tea bags with fresh milk available, beautiful garden with loungers, lovely village setting, powerful piping hot shower, delicious breakfasts, honesty bar, nice pub 2 minutes away. Family run and it’s clear that they really care about the service they offer - attention to detail is outstanding.

    Owl cottage was perfect for our family stay. There was a safe enclosed garden which was ideal for our dog and a sun trap (when it came out) for us. Very quiet village location but opposite a good pub. The host left excellent information and also left us some milk and a delicious cake. There was everything we needed in the cottage, good kitchen facilities, very comfortable beds and nicely furnished throughout with some quirky little touches. Only a ten minute drive to Wells and a good local supermarket.

    A beautifully presented apartment above an excellent village pub. The apartment was well equipped and so stylishly furnished - it was absolutely perfect. It has two genuinely double bedrooms, a very sizeable bathroom (HUGE shower), a walk-through kitchen and a nice little lounge/dining area. There is ample parking just a few yards away (the pub car park) and the food and drink in the Carpenters Arms (essentially just below the apartment) was fantastic.

    We really liked the property, much more spacious than the picture show, the bedrooms were spacious, the bathroom was beautiful, from decor to size. The village of Wighton is lovely and quiet. Izzy was very responsive when we contacted her, thank you so much. The arrivals package was really thoughtful and appreciated. Having the pub underneath with its fabulous food was a real treat. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends and family.
