We had a wonderful stay at Mosaic Hotel, the location was peaceful, but close to everything, and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Everything was clean and had such a cute vibe. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom was nice and very well equipped. I hope we will visit Chania again soon.

We spent 4 days in this beautiful apartment in Chania and what can I say? Everything has been incredible! We have felt right at home! First of all, I want to talk about the property, which looks exactly like the photos. It is modern, clean, very spacious, and has an amazing terrace! Having parking included is a lifesaver in a city where it seems almost impossible to find! In addition, it is located in a strategic area, just a 10-minute walk from the center and only a couple of blocks away from multiple cafés/bakeries and the shopping district. I also want to mention that the apartment was very well soundproofed (we only heard some construction noise on the last day, but that was external) and something that was very difficult for us to find in the many accommodations we stayed at during this trip: total darkness in the bedroom thanks to the shutters. I loved the thoughtful detail of being welcomed with local wine, fruit, and snacks. That clearly shows the dedication and importance they give to each guest. Above all, I want to mention the excellent reception we had from Kostas 1, who gave us the best recommendations of our trip, both for places to visit and for food. We followed everything to the letter, and I can confirm it is well worth taking the time to talk to him! On the other hand, Kostas 2 was always there to attend to our needs with a smile and excellent attitude, and I must mention that he solved the most important one: the lack of an umbrella. He provided us with one that we could use until the very last day, which was extremely valuable. Not to mention the flexibility on our last day, when we were able to check out later and he also offered to let us leave the car a few extra hours if we needed. I also want to highlight the excellent cleaning team, because we saw them working and they really take their time to leave everything spotless. On top of that, they were both incredibly kind and sweet!

Perfect Location and great host Noni, she guided us before our arrival until checkout. On 1 night we had issue with our Wifi and upon informing Noni, she immediately came all the way at night just to fi it up. There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby.

We felt directly very welcomed. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The owner was super helpful in every situation. They even prepared breakfast for us specifically because we had to leave early! Absolutely recommendable in the heart of old town Chania - away from the crowded streets but still in the centre! Wonderful central location and perfect room for a short one night stay. Mike kindly organised a taxi for us and met us in torrential rain with an umbrella down the road from the guest house. He is delightful and so is his father who gave us raki the moment we walked in the door. We would definitely stay again, to be highly recommended!
