The owners Vasili and Deniz are very friendly people and they made us feel welcome from the start. The views from the balcony and the rooms are simply stunning. If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. We travelled with our two dogs so we enjoyed the fact that they had a little garden where they could play in peace. I definitely recommend this place

The location is beautiful, the house is situated amidst olive tres and has an unobstructed sea view. The house is clean and spacious, there are cleaning products available and clothes' airers to dry your swimwear etc. The host is polite and flexible and easy to reach by phone, he clearly tries to maintain a high standard for his guests. Overall, it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The property is also pet friendly.

I have been to this villa before. Now I have been in September, when the weather is very pleasant. The house is spacious, had a separate pool, a huge garden, a gazebo, a place for barbecue. Parking right next to the house. Check in and check out were quick and hassle free, the company that manages the property communicated professionally before my arrival. The pool was cleaned several times during my stay. A quality comprehensive cleaning was provided 1 x, including towel and bed linen changes. Beach towels were not changed for us. From the house it is very close to Elephant beach ( approx 20 m) Pefkohori beach is also relatively quickly accessible, the centre of Pefkohori approx 5 min. The location is not noisy as it is in a residential development away from the centre. I had a nice holiday.

The location of the facility is perfect, despite the fact that the beach in front of the facility is not the best (too stony and shallow), nearby, a hundred meters away, there are perfectly groomed beaches, which unfortunately you have to pay for because they are not part of the facility. The whole complex is located in a quiet part of Pefkohori and is perfect for rest and enjoyment.

    The villa is located in the very center of the city, 10 meters from the city beach. The view from the apartments themselves is towards the sea and the promenade, and there are shops, restaurants and cafes near the apartments. The rooms are decorated modernly and are spacious, clean and airy. The owner of the apartment is polite and approachable.

    Location is great, close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Private parking in the garden of the villa A big studio, tall cellings, kitchen small fridge, balcony where you can relax, all home confort. Air conditioning works very well, hot water all the time. Bed sheets and towels very clean and with a lovely smell. Pictures presented in the listing are very accurate. The TV is small but because of the location we did not use it that much so I do not consider it a minus.

    Amazing location front of the beach, great water shallow perfect for my family with kids. Paschalis was great, he help a lot with everything and give great recommendation. Villa is great, very clean with barbeque and playground for kids. Very good condition and we have all that we need. We come back next year 100%.

    The host was very helpful and polite throughout our entire stay. She shared recommendations about local restaurants and places to visit . The location is very close to the Main Street but at the same time it’s not in the noisy part which is great. The parking space was really convenient. If you do not have a guaranteed parking space in that part of the village you will struggle a lot as the streets are very narrow and there is no place to park. The room was spacious enough for 2 people and there was basic kitchenware available.

    The hotel has a wonderful garden and and it is a true oasis amidst the crowded village and narrow streets. The services are of excellent quality. The hosts quickly responded to our additional requests. It was cleaned every day and in a perfect way.
