Maria, the owner, is incredibly kind: she welcomed us warmly, offered us delicious local dishes, fresh eggs from her own hens, and thanks to the lemon tree right next to the accommodation, I was able to make refreshing homemade lemonades every two days. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean: a large, impeccably maintained swimming pool, jacuzzi available upon request (Maria always replies quickly via WhatsApp), a fully equipped kitchen, efficient fridge, pristine bathroom, washing machine with a few detergent pods provided, toothpaste kit, soap, toilet paper… Everything is thoughtfully arranged for the guests’ comfort. The bed in the master bedroom is incredibly comfortable, and the sofa bed in the living room allowed my daughters to sleep wonderfully. Wifi perfect! The place is absolutely peaceful: located in a cul-de-sac, you can sleep undisturbed. The photos match reality perfectly – in fact, it’s even better in person. We are leaving with regret, as we felt so good here. We will definitely be back, even just for a weekend if we’re in Chania again, if only to greet Maria. She truly deserves far more than 10 stars!

Wonderful place to stay. Very close to Chania old port and very easy to get out from the city quickly. Irini made our stance very nice and they can arrange excursions (Samaria Gorge...) Very quickly and better than internet companies.

The 3-bedroom apartment is spacious, modern, clean, located on the ground floor with an open space living room and a terrace where you can drink coffee (but in the noise of the cars because it is right on the street). The bedrooms, however, are located at the back, away from the main street, which gives it peace. There are 2 bathrooms, but only one with a shower (which is not specified in the description). Vanessa, the lady who takes care of the apartment, is very responsive to complaints and even though our flight was at a late hour, after midnight, she gave us all the instructions for check-in and waited for us in the morning with some small products breakfast. There is also the possibility of parking next to the property (we parked right in front of our terrace).

Perfect modern flat type hotel for workation for couples or with one child. The location is perfect to go to the center (8mins), central bus station to go to the airport or to other cities (5mins), supermarket nearby and to the beach (10mins) on foot. The room has everything you need : fast wifi, iron, kitchen and nice air condition. The staffs are super nice and willing to help you at any time. Nice shower & daily cleaning, modern elevator and a warm sunny balcony were the plus to give 5 stars. They also prepared a welcome fruit basket, wine and snacks. We booked it at the last minute so the price was a little above our range, but we had such a nice stay so we can’t complain.

It has great location, the old town is across the street, there are many shops around where you can buy food, drinks, souvenirs, rent a car, everything you need.. the bus station is 5 mins away and all good places are in a walking distance. I would recommend this place!

    I highly recommend staying in this beautiful villa. Everything was perfect and we had a very enjoyable holiday. We were 2 families with children - 7 people in total. There were grapes, bananas, orange trees and olive trees growing around. The house is large and each room has air conditioning. The kitchen is perfect - well-equipped. We found a basket of fruit on the table, water and something to snack on in the fridge. Thank you for everything and we envy the next tenants!!!

    Fantastic little villa and amazing, very welcoming hosts. Whatever wishes we may have had they were more than met. Also, not only did we get to use the great BBQ in the owner's backyard, the father in law of the hosts even set up the wood for us most days - unbelievably nice!

    The villa is perfect, clean and tidy, close to the city of Chania, 10 minutes by car to the beach. We were hosted by a family with children and we had a great time. The house had everything needed for a perfect vacation. We will definitely be back.

    Location: quiet neighborhoud, still 10 minutes by car from old town parking. Villa: spacious, clean, with modern appliances, good wifi. Parking on spot. Huge rooftop terrace.
