Perfectly clean. Excellent soundproofing of the room. Wonderful location - 3 minutes to the sea and 5 minutes to the center with cafes and markets. Very responsive owner. I would be happy to visit this place again.

We loved everything. The hotel has a modern design, the attention to details is amazing. Sheets were changed every 2 days, towels were changed daily. The pool is lovely, it has a side for small children and the water is very clean and warm. The exterior playground has enough space for kids to play and there is also an interior playroom with games. Breakfest is tasty and fresh coocked, wich is a very important aspect when you are with children. Maria , Oliver and Francesca salute you. Thank you for the delicious meals you coocked for us.

After a long trip in a really hot day, we received from the host - besides the key - the best welcoming one could ask for: a cooled apartment and a frige with several bottles of ice-cold water, on the house. Inside everything looked even better than in the pictures and everything and everywhere was perfectly cleaned: sheets, towels, furniture, floor, you name it. Kitchen has literally anything you may need: plates, utensils, glasses, mugs, an electric cooker, a coffee maker. No need to say they were all shine and bright. Everything in the house is functional. Coffee was also on the house for the entire staying and it was most appreciated at the patio table every morning. The house is at 5-7 minutes of walking to the beach and 3-5 minutes distance from a local super-market but also it is placed at a reasonable distance from the main road, so the only noise you will hear almost all day long will come from the cycads. :-) The hosts are very nice persons and very discreet but you can call them by phone if you need any assistance, they speak English. Practically the entire house is yours during your staying (however, the first floor and the basement are closed, your apartment is at the ground floor). Not to forget: you have a generous parking place in front of the house. We definitely recommend!

This is the most beautiful apartment in Asprovalta we’ve ever been to.Suzy is the nicest,most helpful host one can have and I highly recommend the apartment.The place is spotless,everything is clean,the bedsheets were changed during our stay,as well as the towels.The terrace is absolute heaven and we spent most of our time there.The beach as well as the center are a 2 minute walk away from the apartment and there are lots of shops and places to eat in the area next to the house.If you want to have the most amazing stay in Asprovalta,I suggest Suzy’s from the bottom of my heart.

    Super located villa in a quite neighborhood. Spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchen. The beach is close but we used a car for all the kids requisites. You can go to the center for about 10 minutes walk. All rooms have air conditioner and mosquito nets. There are free bikes if you want to see the city in some different way. Huge garden. Parking in front of the house.

    The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There are 2 balconies and a nice yard. Very good location, just 10 min. to the nearest beach and the village center. The owners are hospitable and very kind young family with a friendly attitude. We strongly recommend the Evangelias house!

    Breakfast was truly amazing and could be compared to something you would get in a top class spa resort in the Maldives. Host so friendly and genuine and went over and above in order to make our stay fantastic. Staff in the villa were really polite and helpful and keep the place to a high standard. Gardens and setting is very peaceful and relaxing with nice pool area. Safe environment and area in a very authentic Greek town with a sense of community and residents who have respect and care for each other and their guests.

    Kiris is a very helpful host. The villa Riviera is a little paradise. Everywhere is clean. Our stay in Stavros was pleasant. The terrace of the apartment is also very nice. The sandy beach is near, about 15 min walking distance.

    Modern villa equipped with stylish furniture and everything you need for vacation. In front of all villas there is a patio with table and chairs, and sunbeds and umbrella in beautiful yard. The location is right on the beach, in quiet area, but not far from the city center. The host, very friendly and nice, one day pleasantly surprised us with a bowl full of grapes. We had a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this accommodation. I would gladly return.

    The house is in a country area, out of the busy and noisy village of Stavros, that one can reach with a walk or by car (few minutes). From the balcony upstairs one can have a view of olive trees and blue sea. The beaches are very near, even walking. With a short journey by car one can reach the Ancient Stagira and several beautiful beaches more isolated and less busy.
