Initially, we were worried that the location would be too far from the Old Town, but it turned out that Lapad is a wonderful place to stay. The public transportation is perfect, with the bus stop for bus number 4 right around the corner. The apartment is just a few steps from the beach, where we went for a swim almost every morning and evening. There's also a promenade with cafes and shops nearby. Since our family enjoys cooking, the kitchen was well-equipped enough for making breakfast and a couple of dinners, but we also enjoyed dining at the local restaurants. L'Orangerie is spread across several buildings, and we were in the one located directly above a store, which meant we weren't bothered by the noise from the bars and people. The apartment had two balconies facing different directions, so we could choose where to have breakfast in the fresh air. The air conditioning was very good, although we didn't really need to use it much. The towels were changed and the apartment was cleaned regularly. The reception staff was very kind and offered to help with reservations for both dining and excursions.

We really loved the house and our trip to Dubrovnik . The flat was absolutely clean and the scenery from the balcony was magnificent. You can swim just 2 minutes far from the house . It was peaceful at night . You just have a 10 minutes drive to Dubrovnik old town and enjoy the splendid historical places there . Do not hesitate to book;)

The views from the room were perfect, really clean and quiet. Bus to get downtown was not far (there is a small traffic circle about 10 minute walk to get on the bus). Also a lot of restaurants along a walk near the cobble beach (Tutto Bene was really good). There is also a small grocery store near the traffic circle (studenac). The breakfast is one of the best that I have had at a hotel, superb. There are also a lot of facilities in the hotels and villas (I was on the villa side). If I end up back in Dubrovnik, this would be my first choice to stay.

This apartment was ideal for my little family, two adults and two kids (5 YO and 1 YO), great views and the location is perfect, near to the supermarket, beach, restaurants and bus stop. This is a really good location if you have children as it avoids loads of steps that are more common in the old town. The host was so helpful with all our questions and suggested some great restaurants. She also provide a cot for our 1 YO and thoughtfully supplied a treat on arrival- beer/biscuits/cereal for each family member.

Everything was simply perfect! Lovely flat near Lapad beach and bus to city centre. The terrace was super cozy as well. Bed was so comfy, also has a renovated bathroom with washing machine, airco for hot summer days... You'll just find everything you need in here for an amazing stay!

Helpful and friendly host, good communication. The apartment is tastefully decorated, was very comfortable and fully equipped for a long term stay. the view from the balcony is priceless. There is a supermarket very close to the property. Loved our stay there and will be coming back.

    We had a wonderful time in the villa which is even more beautiful than the pictures. Very convenient and closed to Dubrovnik but far from all the crowd in the city, perfect to enjoy the amazing pool with all the facilities, the view and the calm of the village. You can book it without hesitation.

    We had a wonderful stay at Branko’s villa. It is located approximately 20-30 minutes from Old Town, so would highly recommend hiring a car. The villa itself was stunning (looked exactly as pictured) and it was very well equipped. Branko was extremely welcoming and accommodating. He greeted us in person upon our arrival to give us a detailed tour of his place, then made himself readily available for us to contact him throughout our stay. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice!
