My wife, two daughters and I spent a wonderful week at House Markoc. We felt at home and loved the village of Grohote. Daniela and Mario were super hosts and always were there to help us when we needed help but also were great at giving us privacy. Our favorite parts of the house are the leather couches under the huge shaded vine canopy at the entrance and the swimming pool with a nice sunbathing area. It is an easy, interesting five minute walk down to a very modern super market from the house. The house is also centrally located on the island making it a wonderful place from which to explore the beautiful island.

Everything was fantastic! The villa was really nice, clean and comfortable. It’s less than 5 min to the beach and 3 min to the center of Maslinica. The host Jakov was super friendly and I would recommend the villa to everyone who wants to have a great and relaxing vacation. We hope to come back next year 😀

We had a fantastic stay at Apartment Sea Pearl, perfectly located in the very center of Maslinica on the island of Šolta. It’s situated in the charming old town and offers a stunning view of the harbor. The apartment is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and has a stylish, comfortable setup. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of Maslinica. Highly recommended!

It might be the best location in the community. It's in the middle of everywhere. You need less than 1 minute to get to the beach, 3 minutes to cafes above the sea and around 6-7 minutes to shop and the bus stop, 2 minutes walking further is the supermarket. Ok, if you walk slowly it probably takes you 10 minutes to get to the supermarket. And it's the straight way. Almost all over the community it's up and down. It isn't terrible but when you are with bags, the straight way is an additional advantage. The apartment is really nice and neat. I had two rooms and there were stunning views of the sea from both sites. From the bedroom there's a huge terrasse with 2 chaise lounges with soft covers and a beach umbrella and a table with some chairs. And there's the best sunset view I've ever seen. From the living room you have a balcony with a view at the harbour. The furniture is in good condition. The kitchen has a good oven and full kitchen equipment and dishes. Even the blender. For people who prefer to cook by themselves ( like I ) it's really good to know. Who prefers to go out - it's just 5 minutes to the cafe. They all are in the same place along the sea.

We absolutely loved the apartment and the entire holiday! It is visible how much love and effort were put to this apartment by the owners. The owners are very hospitable and reachable. The apartment has everything , including washing machine, dish washer and ironing desk with an iron. Very big comfortable wardrobes in both rooms, comfortable beds. The balcony is huge, with the breathtaking view, we couldn’t have enough of this view… Comfortable parking and it was quite easy to find it. Beaches, shops, restaurants are reachable by foot, everything is very close.

    Fantastic property, beautiful views, lovely pool and space around the pool to relax. Short walk to the tiny village of Maslinica. Dirk meet us where the bus dropped us off and drove us the short distance to his property. Highly recommended Villa Lemony and we hope to return with friends and rent out the whole place, absolutely loved our stay here!

    Beautiful sea view from the small hill! Private parking places in front of the house. Walking distance to the village of Maslenica, just 10 minutes. Apartment was big and comfortable. New furniture and enough space for wardrobes. We didn’t use kitchen, we went to restaurants. Anyway it is very good equipped. Bathroom is clean and big enough. We just can recommend
