I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Mlini! The location is perfect – peaceful and charming, just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and public transport to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering local tips and even arranging transportation for us. The atmosphere was relaxing and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet and scenic place to stay near Dubrovnik. A true gem on the Adriatic coast!

this place is a gem in a oasis! i shouldnt even write this so ppl dont storm and ruin this place, but its just PERFECT! The location itself is very nice.. a little bit further away from city and other tourists. hidden in a tangle of farm roads. in front the terrace is covered in wines and provides nice shade. in the back is a garden of the couple that runs this place and if you are into gardening and botanics this place will be a oasis for you! there is olive trees, lemon trees and vegetable gardens.. everything lush and cared for.. and to the beach and shops its just about 10 minutes by car. there is one small shop very close but it has only the basics i regret we spent there only one night.

The location was amazing. Beautiful view of the sea from apartment and pool. The apartment 7was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for cooking or just relaxing. It was on the main road but very quiet as we couldn’t hear traffic. Bus line 10 was just nearby at Plat bus stop. We could walk to nearest beach down the steps or 10 minutes to Plat beach. Or we could take the bus to different beaches along the coast. The owners Zoran and Danko were very friendly and helpful all the time and looked after us well. We took a taxi transfer to airport with Zoran. We highly recommend this apartment.

The hosts were very kind, warm and supportive. We felt at we are really their guests not their costumers! Katerina is a fantastic person, she is very nice and lovely. The room was very clean and it was being cleaned every day. The shared kitchen also was very clean. Along with the simple but well enough breakfast, they offered something new every morning especially for our kid. They allowed us to have a late check out. The shower had a very good pressure, no cut off, no temperature change!

Accommodation was really clean and in perfect condition. Air conditioning was working very weĺl. We had some welcome appetizers in the fridge. Supermarket wihin walking distance. The host was available for consultation and provided pretty useful advice. It certainly exceeded our expectations. Good recommendation if you want to visit Dubrovnik and have a car to move around.

When we arrived, we were amazed because this property was available less than 24h before check-in! A big terace on North part of house near an awesome garden, there is a considerable distance to other properties, with plenty of trees and birds singing from first hour of the day till the last. This place is at 300 meters near beach, 300 m near a small Commercial Center, and also at 200-300 m few places for food or cofe.

    Everything was great. The apartman was as shown in the pictures and very clean. The host was very nice and helpful. The villa is located on the main road so the beach and the bus station to Dubrovnik are very close and there are market and bakery in front of the villa.

    Ideal location right by the beach between Dubrovnik and airport. Nice beach bar, big pool, lovely garden and spacious apartments in Villa Barbara with high trees in front of the balconies. Special thanks to the lovely, positive staff, especially to ELENA and MAJA from the reception! They gave us a very warm welcome and farewell and were there for whatever question or wish we had. Great job! Would definitely come back. 😊

    We had a fantastic stay here. Villa is beautiful and handily positioned for all the amenities on offer in Mlini. The owner Goran was amazing, and greeted us on arrival with his wife with a bottle of wine and beers! Nothing was too much trouble for them, regular pool cleaning and fresh towels throughout our stay and provided us with great advice and sorted out transport for 7 people when we needed it. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Avoca

    Carmen and the entire staff did an excellent job of making our vacation go well. The villa and our room was exactly what we expected. The room was clean and quiet with a great sea view. The pool area was quiet and clean. The location of the villa is great, close to the beach and shops. We felt safe and welcome. We would definitely come again.     Very well equipped holiday home. Spent a hugely enjoyable week here with lots of fun family time round the lovely pool with great views of the harbour. Jacuzzi and Sauna were easy to use. Bedrooms and living areas all v comfortable and tastefully decorated. Kitchen well appointed and there is even a bar with ice maker, drinks fridge and cocktail shaker 😁 Host was lovely and even got us some groceries when they found out the supermarket would be shut due to a change in public holiday laws.
