We were absolutely delighted with the accommodation and the overall experience! Everything exceeded our expectations – from the beautifully decorated space to the exceptional cleanliness and comfort. Francoise and Pascale were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive – their hospitality truly touched us. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, and we were especially impressed by the attention to even the smallest details. We felt completely at home, surrounded by warmth and care. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone – and we will definitely be coming back!

The villa is extremely spacious and very well equipped. It is designed with a great thought and serves great for different guest types (family, friends, etc.). The bottom floor is one big space with kitchen and living room, while the upstairs has four bedrooms and bathrooms. The host is great and really made sure we had all we needed before and during our stay there. All of our requests were fulfilled with no issues. There is also a large outdoor kitchen with enormous gas grill. It is also located in a very peaceful and quiet environment. Overall, it is a great value for your money.

The property is beautiful, the nicest place we stayed in Istria so far. I have travelled a lot and rented plenty of nice homes, but this house has left me speechless, not to mention how Andrea and Matija were amazing hosts.     Fantastic villa, clean, well planned for at least 8 people. Marko and Claudia are the perfect hosts, extremey helpful and allow your privacy. Zminj is very close (1km) and has some nice restaurants. 25-35 minutes by car to different beaches.

    Villa Foska was exactly what we expected and wanted. The location was great, it was close to the freeway which made traveling to other parts of Istria so easy. Karmela was an excellent host and responded to questions and issues immediately. Thank you Karmela for everything, my family and I had a wonderful holiday.

    This villa is secluded in the heart of Istria. The only neighbor we heard from was a cow next door. We were able to spend a few days relaxing by the pool, but we also took short day trips to Pula, Rovini, Motovun, and the Skocjan caves. We even saw Plitvice National Park on our way out, which was about 3 hours.
