Great location just outside of the “city”, so you wont have scooters and cars making noise during the night, just the sounds of nature. Benny, the guy in charge, is absolutely amazing. Always happy to help, and always there to greet you with a smile. Made my stay super comfortable.

We had our best night in Indonesia there. Andy and Doping are very friendly and welcoming. We arrived for Andys son's birthday and got invited to the celebration, that ended late at night with music around a bonfire. The location is great to go to Kelimutu to watch the sunrise. I can only recommend staying there, we will come back!

The room is really clean (even by Western standards), the shower has hot water (if you use it sensibly there is plenty for everyone) and the breakfast is good. The manager speaks English and is a great local guide. Peter and his lovely family will make you feel at home. Very convenient location as a base for Kelimutu park.

The vibe of Geckos Homestay really make a simply accommodation in a once time life experience. This Homestay is in a very nice green area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a garden where the owner, Lopez plant his organic food that you will find as breakfast. Lopez is extremely knowledgeable of the area, the organic farm and his tips made really the difference when we visited the surroundings. We spent amazing time as we have been old friends and we sincerely thank him for his hospitality and warm heart.

Fantastic place. Quiet, clean and very spacious with wonderful views. The rooms are modern and very clean. Hot shower in the bathroom. Bathroom is big, spacious and clean. Tasty breakfasts. Tobias and his family can help organise your trips and also get transport onwards. Super super happy about my stay.
