I stayed in the dorm for a full week and it was very confortable. The staff was cleaning and making our bed everyday. Super friendly staff, nice pool with towels available. It's an amazing place to stay, I recommend 🙂

Super helpful staff! Top food, they do have Western dishes but we only tried the Balinese ones and really loved them. Loved the Balinese massage - super value for the money. Our room (double with sea view) was clean and light. We loved watching the sun rise from our bed and having an outdoor shower. We didn’t try diving and other leisure activities but we are sure they are great as well. The WiFi stopped working once but as soon as we told the front desk they fixed it immediately.

Beautiful setting and bungalow right next to the sea. Very serene and relaxing. Very comfortable bed and lovely semi-al fresco bathroom. Great pool and restaurant area and perfect location for diving as their partner dive shop (Aqua Dive Paradise) is a 2 min walk away and the Liberty wreck is literally on the doorstep. Staff were really friendly and attentive. As vegans, it can be challenging to find suitable food when travelling, but the resort catered wonderfully for us. They also arranged our airport pick up and drop off to Gili ferry and ensured we knew exactly where to go for our tickets and boat! Recommend getting up early to view the sunrise! And can’t forget the most adorable puppy - we miss Mia!!! Thanks for a wonderful 5 days! ♥️

This whole place was amazing! Everything so beautiful and well taken care of both inside and outside. The pool was refreshing and good size. And the views, there are not enough words to describe mt. We booked one of the two two-bedroom villas with private pool, which was a bliss for the kids. The resort is under Swiss ownership, which explains the cleaneliness. All staff is extremely friendly and every day utterly helpful. The dive center was super, too, and I could enjoy some beautiful dives even at the house reef, while family had a great time at our pool. One morning reception helped us to book a local fisherman to go fishing, starting before sunrise … fantastic!!

    Everything: beautiful calm location, great spatious villa with beautiful garden and pool, enjoyable restaurant, good snorkelling and diving right in front of the hotel. The dive shop is really good with new and good materials (e.g. integrated weights in BCD in stead of a weight belt). The hotel really has a family feel to it and you feel very welcome. You can see that the hotel is run by owners, and a staff, that are genuinely passionate about ensuring their customers have a fantastic stay annd holiday. Thank you !

    Everything! The villa looks amazing in the photos, but we were still blown away when we walked in and saw it in person. It was absolutely perfect for us and exceeded our expectations. Oka, Made and Iluh are incredible, so kind, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, they made our stay even better. We had dinner catered at the villa and it was the best meal we had in Tulamben, you're missing out if you don't do it. We can't recommend Lali Jiwa enough, we would come back here every year if we could.

    Very friendly staff treating us like family. Board games to play in the shadow. Magnificent to watch the stars after dark from the roof top or see the stunning sunrise over the ocean. You are in the beautiful nature so you would need transport to the village.
