This is a beautifully located residence with wonderful gardens and grounds. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Although we stayed for just one evening, it felt like we were members of the family.

Wonderful location, right off the main pub and bar street. Very close to all important sights in Palermo. Hosts are very kind. You have possibility to make coffee and tea in the room and a minibar. Breakfast was good. The building was very clean and the lift was deodorized. Cheerful rooms in different colors.

perfect place, everything near to visit by walk !!! Cristiano is perfect host and answers every questions, send exact details and it works 100%, he also sends many helpful informations about Palermo. The flat is in historical district but quiet, full climated, modern and clean, in the appartement you have enough toilet paper, coffee and tea and a bottle of water, so you don´t have to run the first day of arrival to get things, two TV´s and everything you need. Around there a Restaurants and Coffee Bars and one of the markets .... To see every sight it´s perfect !!! Confortable beds ! PERFETTO, perfect !!!!
