Staying at Villa Erica was truly one of the highlights of my trip. I’ve never experienced such warm, thoughtful service in an apartment-style accommodation before. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. Every single day, we received fresh towels, tea, and bottled water, and the place was always spotless. It was clear that the host genuinely cared about our comfort. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short 15-minute bus ride to Venice, with the bus stop only a minute’s walk from the apartment. It made exploring the city so easy and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Erica to anyone planning a visit to Venice. It felt like a home away from home, and I left with only great memories. I’m so happy we chose to stay here!

The apartment located not far from airport. And not far from Venice. We arrive at 2:00 am. There is no taxi in airport, and no bus. So we make a walk to apartment (it takes about an our). The apartment is clean and good looking. We appropriate our staying.

We stopped at Ca' Nadia for a stop the night before an early flight. They accommodated our needs to arrive late, leave early and went out of the way to ensure we had a lift to the airport. Was a great experience and enjoyed our time there.

This was a pleasant surprise. The location was amazing. Very close to St Mark's Basilica and a lot of great restaurants We were able to visit all main attractions by walking and no need for the water bus. The facilities are new and modern, considering most of the hotels in Venice are very old. Also, they were able to install and elevator, which was a plus for my mother(70 years old).

The campsite is perfectly located for visiting Venice — just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, and tickets can be purchased at the reception. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay, especially with children — there’s a pool, a playground, and a great restaurant nearby.     Our host, Lucia, was very kind and helpful. The location was great for our arrival and return journey to Venice, being only a few minutes taxi ride from the airport. Villa Erica provided us with everything we needed - our rooms were excellent and our holiday started the moment we arrived. The lovely terrace and kitchen/dining room were unexpected and made us feel very much at home.
