Amazing place and amazing peiple. The lady at the reception has been so sweet to satisfy my request of having a closer room and explain jow tonuse the facility. Tje restaurant wqs amazing, grat food, courtesy with nice and professional staff. The facility is great and worths a visit. Clean and cosy room. Unfortunately the area has been flooded during our stay. They have been assisting, helping, they worked hard all night to restore cleanness and be able tp serve breakfast. Thwy also gave us a considerable discount because due to the flooding we weren't able to use all the services booked. Amazing place to visit and enjoy.

We spent one afternoon and overnight stay at Rio Sabbioso on our 4 day-long sea and road journey from Volos, Greece to Reading, England. Roberta, the owner, was waiting for us even if we arrived in the early afternoon ahead of scheduled check-in time. The overall setting, landscape, lush green surroundings and building premises are amazing. We were accommodated in a huge, comfy bedroom with modern bathroom, large lounge as common area beautifully renovated. The super quiet Dozza village lies only 15 min. driving off the busy Ancona-Bologna highway. For dinner, Roberta advised us the Via Vai restaurant in Dozza village which we really enjoyed. Having to leave the next morning at 4 am on our way to France, Roberta kindly organised two breakfast packs which we enjoyed eating 5 hours later on the slopes of the snow-capped Santo Gottardo mountain in Switzerland.

Renovated farmhouse with a soul. Perfect cleaness, comfortable beds. Equipped with heart. Many small details that made us happy (biscuits, corn flakes, milk, butter, juice, coffee, tea...lemon candles against mosquitoes,...). Very kind owner.

Our room was beautiful and clean, with a view of the mountains from the terrace. You can also enjoy the panorama from the pool. The city center, shops and restaurants were a 5-10 minute drive away. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hosts are kind and helpful. They even helped us when our car broke down and we needed an extra night and Italian translation with the mechanics. We are very grateful for it!

Amazing old building that has been restored sympathetically to keep its wonderful character. The view of the ‘Castrum Leonis’ castle from the bedroom window was brilliant. Everything was perfect at Michele's property. The apartment is spacious and clean, with everything you need to feel at home. The outdoor space is very comfy and relaxing, it makes you want to stay in! The location is very convenient: in a quiet area but only a short stroll to the town centre and just a couple of minutes from a big mall where you can find anything you need if you're staying for a few days.
