1. Position. Just by the Fontana Aretusa and Gallery Bellomo, 3 minute on foot to the Cathedral, Castello Maniace, and the most beautiful beaches in Ortigia on both east and west sides, surrounded by countless restaurants, you cannot find a position better than here! 2. Having breakfast at the terra on the top floor in the morning sunshine is no doubt my favorite enjoyment in the whole journey in Syracusa! Wonderful food, perfect service! You can also take the breakfast to the room. 4. There is an AC in the bedroom and a heater in the bathroom, which make the whole room warm and comfortable. For me, at least, a heater in bathroom is very important.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – close to everything: restaurants, shops, and public transport. The hotel is extremely clean, and the room was very comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

It is an extremely comfortable B&B. Living room, bathroom, bedroom, room size all happen to benefit well. Each room has a small balcony with a beautiful sea view. Getting up in the morning, I stepped into the small balcony, took a deep breath, and saw the clear sky, amazing clouds, and the blue sea in the distance, which is a beautiful beginning of the day. The facilities in the room are not perfunctory at all, and are sincerely for what the guests need. The heated towel rack for drying is very thoughtful. Thank you very much for this B&B, which relieved my fatigue on the travelling road and show me a more beautiful city!

This B&B met our expectations well. We looked for two things before booking: First to be near Ortygia and the archaeological sites, second to feel easy with the car parking. Both were covered enough well. The room was spacious and clean, fringe and complimentary drinking water in the room, a/c well-functioning, double windows and balcony doors (not only double glasses) helped a lot in isolating from the external temperature and noise. The room is on the second floor but the road is a central road with high traffic so sometimes it has noise till late at night, but the double windows really help. The lady in the breakfast room is attentive and careful; we stayed three nights in this B&B and our only worrying was the second day when we did not find our room settled by the housekeeping, probably because it was Sunday, but this was over the next day when we found everything fine. The balcony was a plus because in the evenings before going to bed we could sit out there to cool and relax and watch the world around moving by… The only disadvantage in this reservation is the very early checking out (at 9:30!!), the earliest in all Sicilia! Well recommended

Where to start . Its a boutique hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms, we had a large terrace to enjoy the evening. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious and parking included which made everything accessible.

    Staff so friendly - the owners and Anna&Elisa who helped with breakfast. It is a great location, clean rooms, good breakfast. We made several trips from here. Highlights: Vallle dei Templi (Agrigento) & villa Romana del Casale (Piazza Armerina) In The afternoon we relaxed at the swimmingpool (nice beds & screens for shade) We had dinner in the restaurant at the property often (great Sicilian food and value for money + friendly staff) we stayed 12 days in total and loved it!!!

    Large outdoor space with pool and sun beds. Sally the owner was very helpful if we had any issues and responded immediately. Villa was clean with lots of wardrobe space, and large bathroom.
