This place was recommended to me by a friend and it exceeded my expectations. The room was enormous with a sitting area, dressing room, and large bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The staff was gracious and had helpful recommendations for dinner and things to do. The breakfast was wonderful, with a good selection of cold cuts and pastries, yogurt, cereal, etc. There was also an option to order eggs in many different styles. The location is perfectly situated in the old town, with all the mosaics and Dante exhibits withing walking distance.

I liked that the accommodation is in a quiet area, it was not a problem for me to have to walk 20 minutes from the train station. There is a Conad grocery store nearby. Lorena and Alessandro were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. In the staircase, the guests are greeted by a cute cat, who accompanies them up to the room's door. :-) Unfortunately, I didn't ask the cat's name. :-)

Apartment was lovely, and much bigger than expected and very well equipped. Luca the host was super helpful via WhatsApp and couldnt do enough for us. Great to be able to leave luggage there securely too on the day we checked out. Less than 10 mins to the main station and less than 5 mins to main square and Dante's tomb, and 10-15 to other attractions like the major churches and mosaics, and the amazing Mercado Copperta and the restaurants and bars in that area

Absolut comfort with everything you need for a longer stay with family - lovely, perfect clean, new flat with loggia (first floor with lift). Hairdryer, small iron, washingmachine, complette kitchen (some croissants, fruit, biscuits, coffee, sugar, salt... was nice), air-condition (very welcomed in hot summer), wi-fi, netflix + info about local services, atractions,...) Free parking outside. Quiet area with local living people (not for making parties), 15 min. to the beach, 12 min. to historical centre, 5 min. Eurospar + Lidl by car. Host is very kind, comunication with no problems. Perfect, thanks.

We loved everything about this place, it was perfect. It was the most comfortable and cozy place we stayed in during our visit in Italy. There was so much attention for details, from the design to every functional element in the room. The room and the bathroom were big and looked even better than the pictures, the bed was so comfortable that we felt bad we only stayed 2 nights. The staff was super friendly and we even met the owner who told us more about how they restored the old palazzo that hosts Casa Gugu today. The breakfast was delightful and the location is a walking distance from every attraction in Ravenna.
