We had the most authentic Italian food & stay experience at Eden Villa! The presence of their 2 pet dogs was an added delight for us. The Hosts are incredible in their Hospitality and we thoroughly enjoyed the conversations with them. The Villa we stayed in was quite aesthetic and squeaky clean with all the amenities in place. The view was amazing too. We would love to come back to Eden Villa

Great apartment in lovely Bellano, close to the train station and lake shore, supermarket across the road. The apartment is a good size, really clean and modern and well equipped. We loved our stay here - and Bellano is a great base for Lake Como, much nicer than the busier lake towns

We liked everything about the property. The host was amazing, extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We couldn’t ask for anything better. The location is very good! It's near the ferry AND near the train station, so it is easy to explore also other places than Varenna from here. Also the place is not high in the mountain, so it is easy to approach it. Near by is a small shop where you can get some food, drinks - that is also very, very good. The apartment itself is comfortable, nice, clean. There is everything you need for a short stay. The view on the river was very pretty. And the hosts were quick to respond and help. Great experience!

    The villa is beautiful and has everything what you might need. The view is incredible and the pool as well as bbq is great. The town is less touristy so you have more space for yourself. However, it is 10-20min drive to all the tourist activities. It is only 3min walk to town and lake. It was perfect for us.

    Great traditional Italian holiday home with incredible views of Lake Como. Very comfortable accommodation. Michela, our host, was very friendly and gave us some great tips (we also now recommend parking at Menaggio and catching the ferry from Menaggio to Bellagio return as a day/half day trip).

    Fantastic views all around with lovely outside seating area to appreciate it. Traditional Italian spacious apartment very well equipped with everything you could ever need. Great to have two bathrooms with a choice of both a shower or bath. So peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of much busier towns. Wonderful hosts so friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend Holiday Home Delo to family and friends.

    Fantastic view that you can't get enough of. The villa itself is very beautiful and well enough for 14 people! Everything was clean, enough towels for all guests, great guest gift, good communication before and during the stay and complicated check-out.
