This is a beautiful property, and is managed with extreme care, professionalism and passion. The desire to be their absolute best is palpable, and they are succeeding. Great resort with everything you need, close to Cala Violina. For 30 eur u can book electric bikes and reach the beach of Cala Violina in 20 min max. The staff is super welcoming. The apartment was cozy and cool with good air conditioner.

The apartment is fabulous -- it was newly renovated and in top condition with everything brand new. The two bedrooms are spacious and with plenty of space for clothes and suitcases, and the kitchen has everything you'd need. It has a small balcony which is lovely but as we were travelling with a small child and the apartment is on the 8th floor we were a bit nervous, but it was great to have a place to hang laundry and beach towels! The location of the apartment is fantastic, less than 5 minutes to the beach, close to the main street of Follonica and there is a small grocery store two minutes walk away. The hosts were really helpful and available to answer questions at all times. We had a great time and I would recommend it to anyone!
