Our stay at this hotel was truly magical! We stayed in a room with a terrace, which created an incredible atmosphere – peace, tranquility, and complete serenity. Breakfast in the garden was delicious and perfectly complemented the morning idyll. A special thanks to the attentive and thoughtful staff who made our stay even more comfortable. A true gem of Venice that we would love to return to again and again!

amazing staff, mr. mwafi and miss francesca were super nice and helpful as possible.. great location which is near to major attractions.. the decor and bed size were perfect.. most importantly, AC was more than perfect ( we even had to turn it down sometimes , so feeling hot is not something to worry about at all! ) .. i would encourage anyone to stay here during their time in venice.

The location was central, and all the major sites were within easy walking distance. The B&B is located in a square with an old church in its centre, a supermarket, 2 restaurants and a café/bakery. There are roads leading off the square in every direction. The bed was very comfortable. The linen and towels were clean, and the room was well cleaned every day. Breakfast was served in the room, as is the B&B's policy. The host, Gianluca, was very pleasant and helpful.

The location is very close to the train/bus station so if you don’t like walking with luggage this is the place for you because other than taking a water taxi, Venice is very much pedestrian so you have to walk everywhere. The room made you feel like you were in a palace, everything about it was magical. The breakfast was very delicious and made on the spot by the hotel staff. One thing to note, because for us it was a novelty: they hand you a menu with a lot of options, try not to order too much because everything you order will come on a different plate as a meal of its own. Order what you would like to eat first and then order some more once you’ve seen the portions.
