The villa was exceptional. Beautiful gardens and interior. We stayed as a group of 7 . We were using all 6 of the double bedrooms which each have en-suite and a private balcony . I was travelling with a friend who is 83 and my sister who had hurt her foot so the ground floor bedrooms were ideal. The pool was fabulous - a must in Sicily in July. We also often had dinner/ lunch by poolside - wonderful setting . There are outdoor showers by the pool to shower after you have been to the beach and a separate bathroom and utility room with a washing machine next to the pool . There is also a ping pong table which we had fun with . The villa is a short walk to a great beach with a restaurant called La Pineta . There are also 2 other beaches and plenty of cafes and restaurants in the town .

First of all we would like to thank Vincenzo (the host) for his kindness, services and help! He is a rare man, who makes you feel like being guest to a close friend! Now, the room itself was very very clean, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with many options and great coffee. Having a parking is really helpful. At a very close walking distance from the rooms, there is a supermarket, restaurants and of course the archeological site. You can also walk to one beach in about 10-12 minutes. Overall i cannot recommend it highly enough just from a review! Thank you for everything and we hope to see you again!

Lillo and Elisabetta were amazing hosts and always on hand to answer questions and to help us plan our time in Selinunte and Sicily. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable and very spacious with a beautiful garden! We were treated like family and simply felt at home. The property is close to the beach and the amazing archaeological park. The location, property and hosts were the perfect combination for an unforgettable holiday! Grazie Lillo e Elisabetta! I liked everything. The most friendly hosts , the room, bathroom, the comfortable bed, the quitness, the surroundings and a very good homemade dinner with local food. Mostly I wonder why people rate a "ten" - I do that rarely and only when everything was perfect to me ;-)

    This was a masterclass in hospitality. The villa is set in beautiful gardens and everything is maintained to a very high standard. Breakfast was not only very generous but comprised mainly delicious home made products, patisserie and baked items, also fresh home made juice, yogurt and jams. Everything within the room and gardens had been thought out with comfort of the guest of greatest importance. It really is an exceptional place run by exceptional people. We had a lovely 3 days there and in the local area. We hope to return.

    The Villa is located in a quite street, in about 1 km from the center of settlement/archeological park and about 10-15 min walk to the sandy beach. We had a nice sea view to the sunrise. Very nice host, excellent breakfast. The recommendation of a local restaurant for dinner was the highlight of our stay in Sicily! Good Internet and secure parking.

    Villa Patrizia is in a great location, down a quiet road, and within easy walking distance of the archeological park and numerous restaurants. The property is comfortable, bright and fresh, with a beautifully-kept garden at the front, and a lovely pool behind. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating and the breakfast was good, eaten on a terrace overlooking the lovely garden.

    Warm welcome and very helpful staff. Couldn't do enough to help. Very close to ruins and short walk down to beach and village. Close to good restaurant. Very relaxing stay, would have liked to stay longer! Highly recommended.
