Great spot, nice view from the window. Quite cheap parking just behind the residence (1,2€ per hour 8-20 everyday also Sundays). Next to the parking there is a 'basket' attraction worth attending. Super contact by whatsapp with kind and helpful lady owner, all the instructions needed we got before coming.

The property is very close to the centre of the Centro Storico and is itself in a very old building. To the rear is a garden full of birdsong, so it is possible to joy being outdoors even in the heat of the day. Arrival arrangements were made with Federica ahead of our stay. During our stay we were wonderfully looked after by her cousin Elena who met us off the little bus and welcomed us to the property. She also made breakfast for us each morning and taught us how to use a Bialetti!

This property has an amazing view! You have to drive up a fairly steep gravel road to get to it, but it is totally worth it! We were in the studio with Terrace room. There is a large outside balcony that is perfect for your charcuterie and vino/aperitif. But make sure you bring it all with you as it is impossible to just run to the store for a quick stop to grab things. My husband and I thought that this room also had the most comfy bed out of all the ones we stayed in over our week vacation to Cinque Terre, Emilia-Romagna, and Umbria. It was firm and perfect. The hostess put out a large continental breakfast for us and we were filled up. Definitely recommend this place!

Lovely place for family holiday. Beauty views, near Gubbio. Cats, dogs and turtles :) Swimming pool is clean and big for our family and friends. Owners are friendly and nice. Fonte Chiara is excellent choice for your italian time.

Great location with lovely views. You can reach out the window and take figs from a tree in the garden. Outdoor eating area in the shade. Host provided water, oils, sweets, coffee and herbal teas. Gubbio is a 10-15 minute walk along one street. Host is next door and was very friendly and kind. Would definitely stay again.

The owner, Monia, of the apartment was incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of and our stay was smooth and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, Monia had provided us with comprehensive information on parking, key pickup, and accessing the lovely apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by how straightforward and hassle-free the entire process was. The apartment itself surpassed our expectations, offering everything and more for a comfortable and delightful stay. During our checkout, we had the pleasure of meeting Monia in person, and her warm and friendly demeanor further added to our positive experience. She shared her deep passion for Gubbio, a beautiful medieval town abundant in history and culture. As we were preparing to leave, Monia even provided us with recommendations for exploring other noteworthy destinations outside of Gubbio. Overall, our stay at the apartment was exceptional, and we can't wait to return. Both the town and the accommodation exceeded our expectations, and Monia's exceptional hosting made our visit truly memorable. Wonderful owners who do all they can to ensure a great stay. Large, very well equipped beautiful apartment, parking right outside. Exclusive use of pool and full outdoor facilities - outdoor kitchen / shower / toilet / sun beds / dining tables etc etc - you could spend all day by the pool 🥰. Daniela is a great cook and made us a wonderful multi course traditional Italian meal including making local bread in the fire pit as we watched. The area is amazing and Gubbio itself a real gem. One of the big highlights of our trip around Italy.
