We booked and checked in very late but this was not a problem at all for Teresa, a flexibilty that we were very grateful for. The communication was fast and easy. Cosy BnB with homemade cake for breakfast. We felt right at home.

Great location, quiet, accessibility to other cities such as Bologna, Modena, Parma, Rimini, Imola etc. The host Piero was great! He recommended us various local trattorias and osterias and was super helpful with any info we required. The room was nice and cosy, the bathroom was great and everything was clean and tidy.

The apartment was spotless and well equipped. It is quiet and overlooks a field and has secure parking. It is in easy walking distance of pizzerias, gelateria and restaurants and a short drive to 3 supermarkets, more restaurants and a wonderful dolciaria. Altedo is perfectly placed to explore the Emilia-Romagna region. It is half way between Bologna and Ferrara, each a half hour or less drive away. It is in easy driving distance of Modena, Cremona, Mantua, Verona, Padua, Ravenna and the charming coastal canal towns of Chioggio and Comacchio. From Ravenna it is a short drive to San Marino, an independent hill state in the heart of Italy. We would like to thank Fabio for being such a helpful, kind and generous host, he even found a nurse to dress a deep cut on my wife’s hand.

Everything and every detail was thought of. The rooms were clean and lovely, and we simply adored the bathroom! The food options were big and varied. We also felt very welcome, and we loved the quietness after several days by Lago di Garda. Andrea gave us useful info about driving into Bologna. Thank you for a lovely stay!
