There is not fix time for Breakfast and it is good because we can have breakfast any time. Area is very quiet and beautiful.The house is in 7min walk from the lake.Rooms are made with taste, they are very clean and nice.The owner is very friendly.

The whole place gives you the feeling of a high-end boutique hotel: the atmosphere, the materials, the spacious rooms - for a fraction of the price. Breakfast is amazing (especially to Italian standards). The pool is huge and gorgous (opens somewhere in May). Very good location, close to the south side of the Garda lake Close to very good (non-touristic) restaurants. The owner is very friendly and helpful

The apartment had amazing facilities, we could have spent a lot longer there! It was spacious and incredibly clean. The shutters went down completely enabling you to totally black out the room which was very useful for sleeping or having a nap after a hot morning exploring! Luisa, the hostess was lovely, the location was superb, close to the station but within easy walking distance of the lake. We would definitely stay again!!!

I recently stayed at an apartment and it exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, and I truly appreciate her hospitality.
